(HPF/House Party Fit®)! The company has been re-branded but it is the same fitness program created by Brooke Blair (ACE Certified PT) and will make you feel like you walked into a House Party. You know the type of party where the music is pumpin, the bass is pounding, and you don’t want the party to end…
House Party Fitness® is a dance fitness/cardio hip-hop program using the hottest urban music from Hip-Hop (old and new school), Ragga, House, Top-40, R&B, Electronic, and Reggaeton.
What makes House Party Fit® different?
We put the fitness back into dance fitness with a little twist. HPF focuses not only on toning, but also strengthening major muscle groups. This is done by incorporating resistance training of the 3 zones: Arms, lower body and core. Whether using your own body weight, bands, or weights: it is a TOTAL body workout to shape and strengthen.
The party is hoppin’ and all are invited! Feel great, look great, and have a blast at the same time! It’s not about how you move, its’s about having fun and enjoying the music YOU love; however, when you move, commit to it and work your style!
About Brooke Blair
Brooke Blair is a busy mom and has been a fitness instructor for over 10 years and a certified personal trainer for 7 years. She ultimately fell in love with dance fitness and has taught dance fitness for the past 5 years. She has been recognized in the area by various local magazines, such as Philadelphia Magazine, and media outlets as “one of the best.”

Brooke was already at the studio taking another class and not sure if she was up for the challenge, since she was not formally trained in a Hip Hop dance. Brooke put together as many hip-hop songs as she could and decided to do it. She realized she did have enough songs for a cardio hip-hop class, and she decided to go back to her fitnesss roots and reserve a couple of songs for strengthening and toning. Well, the few that took the class that day LOVED it, and Brooke realized she might be on to something. After
